Affiliate terms

The Danish version prevails.

1. The program

The SafeAI Social affiliate program is run by Safemarketing ApS, CVR 42982113. As a partner, you earn a commission for new paying customers who come through your link or code.

To be a partner, you must have an active paid subscription yourself (Basic or Pro). If your subscription ends, you stop earning new commission. What you have already earned will be paid out.

2. Commission

• 30% of what a new customer pays (excl. VAT) during the customer’s first 12 months
• Commission is only earned on payments that are completed and not refunded
• Customers who already have a paid account do not earn commission
• You cannot earn commission on your own purchase

3. Tracking

• Your link remembers the customer for 60 days
• Customers can also enter your code when they choose a plan
• The commission goes to the first partner the customer came through

4. Payout

Commission is paid once a month by bank transfer once you have earned at least 100 DKK (about €13). Smaller amounts carry over to the next month. Send your bank details to info@safeai.dk once you are approved. You can follow your clicks, customers and commission on your own partner page. You are responsible for declaring the income for tax purposes.

5. Rules

• Posts about SafeAI Social must be marked as advertising
• You may not promise specific results
• No spam, fake reviews or bought clicks
• You may not advertise on the keyword “SafeAI” or use SafeAI in your username or domain
• You may only use logos and images you have received from us

6. Termination

Either party can end the partnership at any time. If you break the rules, unpaid commission is forfeited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law.
