Change plans, unsubscribe from emails and delete your account.
Click Connect more profiles on your overview, and click Connect next to the platform. You log in with the platform itself, and SafeAI Social only gets read access. We never see your password and can never post, delete or send messages.
Private Instagram accounts can’t be connected. Switch for free in the Instagram app: Settings and activity → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account. It takes a minute, and your posts and followers stay the same.
SafeAI Social reads numbers from Facebook Pages, not personal profiles. When Facebook asks, choose only the Pages you want to connect. If you chose the wrong one, remove SafeAI Social on facebook.com under Settings → Business integrations and connect again.
Use the Google account that owns the YouTube channel. If you have several channels, choose the right one when Google asks. It can take up to a few days before YouTube delivers all numbers.
Create your profile in the Threads app with your Instagram if you don’t have one. Then log in with the Instagram account linked to your Threads profile.
You can connect any TikTok account, but private accounts give fewer numbers. Switch to a creator or business account in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Account to see more.
Switch for free in Pinterest under Settings → Account management → Convert to a business account. Your pins and followers stay the same.
Check the three most common causes: the account type is right (see above), you log in with the right account, and you accept all permissions. Try again. If it still doesn’t work, email support@safeai.dk with the platform name and a screenshot if you can.
Platforms stop access if you change your password, remove access in the platform’s settings, or if the access expires. Click Connect more profiles on your overview and connect the platform again. It takes a minute.
Your score goes from 0 to 100 and has four parts: profile, activity, engagement and growth. Click the score in the app to see the breakdown. Numbers are updated once a day. Compare yourself with yourself month by month, not with others.
Every month you get 3 concrete tips built on your own posts and your goal. Each tip tells you what to do next. Try them for a month and see if your numbers move. After the first 30 days, Free shows your most important tip. With Basic, Pro and Agency you see all 3.
The ideas are built on what has worked for you and on what you sell or create. Fill in What do you sell or create? under Edit goal and profile to get better ideas. You can make a new monthly plan up to 3 times an hour.
For the first 30 days you get everything in Pro for free, no credit card needed. After that you continue free with 1 platform, your score and 1 tip, or you choose a plan. Change plan under Subscription in the app. The change applies right away. You pay by card through Stripe, and the receipt is emailed to you. You can cancel at any time under Subscription. Click the link in the invitation and log in with the email the invitation was sent to. Then connect your profiles. The agency can see your numbers and tips, but never your passwords.
Add a client in the agency overview and send an invitation by email. The client connects their own profiles, so you never need their passwords. How many clients you can have depends on your plan.
Enter your email to get a login link, or choose Continue with Google. The link only works once and for a short time. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and wait a few minutes. You can get at most 5 login emails an hour. Use the same email every time so you land in the same account.
iPhone: open app.safeai.dk in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen.
Android: open app.safeai.dk in Chrome, tap the menu and choose Install app.
SafeAI Social only has read access and can never post or delete anything. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Ireland), and the access keys to your profiles are encrypted. We never sell data. Read more in the privacy policy.
Go to Settings, choose Delete my account and type the confirmation word. Your subscription stops right away, access to your profiles is removed, and all your data is deleted. You get a confirmation email. This can’t be undone.
